General Class Information (applies to all packs)

Each class lasts 50 minutes and is conducted via Google Meet. Once you book a session, you’ll receive a personalized link to join the class at the scheduled time.

To get the most out of your lesson, please:

• Be in a quiet, comfortable space free from distractions

• Use a stable internet connection, preferably with headphones

• Be fully present and engaged — this is your personal time to learn and grow!

If you’re late, I will wait for up to 15 minutes. After that, the class will be marked as missed and not refundable.

All lessons must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase. If more than 90 days pass and you haven’t used your sessions, you’re welcome to contact customer support to discuss possible options — although rescheduling is not guaranteed.

These lessons are designed around your level, goals, and interests. Whether you’re learning Spanish for travel, work, or personal growth, you’ll receive flexible, high-quality instruction tailored just for you.

Subscription Terms (applies to all packs)

All subscriptions are billed monthly. The number of classes included each month is cumulative, meaning that if you don’t use your classes one month, they will roll over and remain available for the duration of your subscription.

Example:
If your plan includes 4 classes per month and you don’t use any during the 6 months, by the end of the subscription period you’ll have 24 classes available.

Unused classes do not expire during the subscription period.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will still have an additional 3 months to schedule and use any remaining classes.
